THE FOOLISHNESS OF FOREST GUMP
Some times I am actually surprised at the stupidity of the Bush Administration. Never shocked, but sometimes surprised...as it is so mind blowing that I can't understand why they haven't been found out, exposed and turned out into the streets with the rest of the trash..If I banged my head on the wall everytime the Bush Administration did something so earth shattering stupid..my head would look like a shovel..
Forest was in Dallas a few days back at the School of Science and Engineering at Townview Magnet Center in East oak Cliff, where they had a picture of him looking through a microscope and faking looking intelligent..didn't fool me...especially when there were 2 other articles in the paper saying this:''IF PRESIDENT BUSH WANTS MORE KIDS TO BECOME SCIENTISTS, AS HE SAID IN THE STATE OF THE UNION SPEECH, HE MIGHT RECONSIDER THE WISDOM OF RUNNING AN ADMINISTRATION THAT TRIES TO MUZZLE SCIENTISTS WHO QUESTION ITS POLICIES. THAT'S WHAT NASA'S CHIEF CLIMATE SCIENTIST, DR. JAMES HANSEN SAID HAPPENED AFTER HE SPOKE OUT ABOUT CURBING THE GREENHOUSE GASES THAT CONTRIBUTE TO GLOBAL WARMING. MAKES MR. BUSH'S WORDS LOOK SOMEWHAT LIKE HOT AIR."
AND THEN THE QUOTE FROM MR. JAMES HANSEN HIMSELF:"THEY'RE TRYING TO CONTROL WHAT'S GETTING OUT TO THE PUBLIC.(MY COLLEAGUES ARE) NOT WILLING TO SAY MUCH, BECAUSE THEY'VE BEEN PRESSURED AND THEY'RE AFRAID THEY'LL GET INTO TROUBLE."...---James Hansen, director of NASA's Goddard Institute, on the government's alleged attempt to silence his warnings on global warming(washington post,jan.29th..
And surprise surprise....Judge Walton, appointed to the court by President Bush has agreed to push the date back on ex-Cheney aide's trial, who is on trial for lying to investigators and a grand jury in the CIA leak inquiry. The date won't begin unti Jan. 2007, after the midterm congressional elections, in timing that Democrats consider favorable to Republicans..seems Mr. Libby's lawyers had a scheduling conflict.....
fuck me till I obstruct justice..
