sad keanu always makes me laugh..and I don't eat cereal any more Mark cause I'm diabetic and there is no way I can satisfy my cereal craving and not have my blood sugar go sky high..who wants to eat 1/2 cup of cheerios in skim milk and no sugar?..feck

Never cared for Cheerios because the sugar fell thru the holes and formed sludge on the bottom of the bowl!!
The runners high one is awesome. As is the list of ways you can fuck off. I think I need to make one of those lists too...I have a lot of people I need to send them to!

I always used less milk than needed with cereal then drank it off and scooped the cheerios and sugar off the bottom with the spoon.
