MARISSA AND THE TALE TELLERS.
The Tale Tellers of West, Texas.
This is in the library and the super hero's were made by the Tale Tellers.
They also made the tree.
The cute little girl is Marissa, my gal. Who is going to be my helper at the next Cooking Show at The Rest Haven.
She drew ALL of the pictures on the wall of the trees and animals. She drew the lion while Nancy and I were talking to her..She'd look at us, nod talk, and then zip zip, there was the face of the lion...unbelievable how talented she is. She is teaching her self Japanese, she's writing a book with her own drawings and makes straight A's in school. She's sweet, smart, funny and kind..I'm blown away by her every time I see her. And Debra? They still have the $50. They don't know what to spend it on, so they're just saving it. Ha...
Hey, Marissa is one talented artist -- love those cartoon animals! My fave is the zebra's bum sticking out from behind the pine tree!
ReplyDeleteReally cool!

That is quite a lady!
ReplyDeleteOne of my ex-girlfriends does the same kind of stuff. She got laid off but landed a job at a local library in Monroeville, and parlayed it into an awesome gig.
That's great! I love her cartoon faces. I keep wondering what that Zebra is doing behind the tree.
ReplyDeleteShe has a bright future, I would love to do something I love for a living.
