SON OF A BITCH..

I hope they give them all life with no parole....sonofabitch.~~~
RICHMOND, Calif. – Two men and two teens have been arrested on suspicion of gang-raping a woman last month in the San Francisco Bay area while allegedly taunting her for being a lesbian, police said Thursday.
Officers arrested Humberto Hernandez Salvador at his Richmond home Wednesday night, Richmond police Lt. Mark Gagan said. The 31-year-old is being held without bail on gang rape, kidnapping and carjacking charges.
Police on Wednesday also arrested a 15-year-old Richmond boy and a 16-year-old Hercules boy, who were being held at a juvenile detention center on similar charges. Their names were not released.
Josue Gonzalez, 21, turned himself in Thursday after police announced they were searching for him. He was wanted on charges of gang rape, kidnapping and carjacking.
Gagan said Gonzalez asked for an attorney when he turned himself in but said nothing about his alleged role in the attack.
"We feel that while these four suspects were at large, a large cross-section of our population felt unsafe," Gagan said. "Now that the fourth one is behind bars, we can all breathe a sigh of relief."
Police would not detail each person's alleged involvement. Tips from local residents led to the arrests.
Detectives say the 28-year-old victim was attacked on Dec. 13 after she got out of her car, which bore a rainbow gay pride sticker. The alleged attackers made comments indicating they knew she was a lesbian, police said.
Authorities have characterized the case as a hate crime. Police said the victim lives openly with a female partner.
The 45-minute attack started when one of the men approached the woman in the street, struck her with a blunt object, ordered her to disrobe and sexually assaulted her with the help of the others, according to detectives.
When the group saw another person approaching, they forced the victim back into her car and took her to a burned-out apartment building. She was raped again inside and outside the vehicle and left naked outside the building while the alleged assailants took her wallet and drove off in her car, police said.

  5. What a blood thirsty country this is. Some of the commenters are all for doing even more violent things to the accused before they have even been proven guilty. We need to change the attitude of not only the wrongdoers, but also those who claim to be on the side of what is right and good. As for those accused of this horrible crime, once they are convicted they should be put under the jail.

  7. San Francisco has set itself up to offer sanctuary to illegals. I would be interested to find out if these scums are illegals.

  9. If she was a lesbian, they'll probably get slapped on the wrists and sent home. Different rules apply when you attack gay people after all.

  12. The crime is hideous, the perpetrators deserve to be tossed into a really rough men's prison and given the opportunity to play drop the soap many, many times, but advocating violence solves nothing. It helps perpetuate the corrosive culture of violence the US is drowing in on by assuming that violence is always an acceptable first response.

Ted, tossing in gratuitous thinly veiled racist comments doesn't exactly elevate the discourse either. Hispanic surnames do not automatically equal either undocumented or leech, especially in California. Responding to one hate crime by committing another kind of knocks the moral authority out from under you.

  13. LilyStrange,
Thank you! Thats the way they used to do it for rape back in the hills around 1900.

  16. Seriously Ted? Just because they have Hispanic surnames you assume they're "wetbacks"?

I find that amusing since my maiden name is Hispanic and neither I nor my parents or grandparents were wetbacks.

It doesn't matter where the animals who attacked this poor woman are from...they should be dealt with accordingly.

  17. ted ...ted...ted...
I wouldn't let you come here and bash gay peopl and not going to let you bash hispanics...nor would I let anyone else..We had this talk once before about using my comment section for you to do your little rants...you can do that at your blog, but I don't want you doing it here. No one knows what their legal status here is and it should have nothing to do with the assault..thefact is 3 men raped and assaulted a woman because she was a lesbian...that's the story...now stop it before I bip you....do your rants on your blog..not here..
and apolgize to big pissy who is hispanic and one of my good friends...

  18. Aw.....Jackiesue...thanks....

I probably shouldn't have dignified Ted's rant with a reaction, when the REAL issue here is that poor woman having been attacked.

  19. What a shameful display of inhumanity. Each day I am stunned by numerous, crazed acts perpetuated by supposed human beings.

  20. Y'all come here to express such outrage at what happened to this woman, and rightly so.

And then y'all do it expressing the same sort of hateful, bigoted, mean-spirited talk that helps create folks like this.

Would it have made a difference if, for example, the aasailants were, say, nice, clean-cut white boys, from, say, oh... I don't know, maybe Duke University?

    Just askin'...

  21. howdy quakerdave...I think there were only maybe 2-3 people that took the racial bent..and I smacked one of them down..I quoted the article which gave the names..I only expressed horror at the deed and the doers..not their race or illegal status..to me the only important thing is they were men who hurt a woman because she was a lesbian..all the rest is fodder..thanks for stopping by and you made a good point...but you also have to know that maybe each person that made the racists comment may have had a reason behind it..i don't judge people but I can get pissed off over events as good as anyone...come back and see us here.

  22. I read about this last week and was just sick. Why do people have to be so damned hateful?

As for the comments...how interesting. I guess when I read sad stories like this, I never think about the race or legal/illegal status of the perpetrator or perpetrators -- I just think, "Wow, I hope that person or those people are locked up for life!" without regard to their names, races or religion.

I highly doubt they were illegal immigrants because they would not want to call attention to themselves like this...

  23. I have read there has been an outpouring of support from the community for this poor woman (candlelight vigils, etc.). Bless her heart...

  24. What comes to my mind, after the ragesorrow clears a little, is a book ...

*Returning to the Teachings," by Rupert Ross.

... Whoops, make that two books:

*A General Theory of Love," by Thomas Lewis, MD, et. al.

    *****

As for the juvenile offenders ... If they committed an "adult" crime -- like rape -- they should be publicly named, and tried as adults with full consequences if they are found responsible for the crimes. Better yet, they -- and all others who do such things -- should be given over to the principles of the people who practice justice in the way that Rupert Ross writes about ...

  25. Did any word ever come out about what happened regarding this? It being "Californication", I won't be shocked if all they got was a slap on the wrist, but it'd be nice to learn that - for once - justice was done and the little sonsofbitches wound up in a "Federal pound-me-in-the-ass prison" as Mike Judge so eloquently put it!
