In the West News yesterday there was an article by Jeannette that mentioned a camera and wondered what it was...
this is the camera shot. Guess West True Value Hardware is trying to deter people from breaking and entering or spitting on the sidewalk...every one in West is all lathered up...hahah.

ReplyDeletethey put in a crime cam on the corner outside of my gallery. It rotates and well to tell you the truth it makes me more uncomfortable that comfortable. The business next door was like wow guess you cant smoke weed outside on the porch anymore; umm dont think I ever smoked weed outside on the porch, so it then led me to wonder if things "captured" by the crime camera could not be misconstrued?

intenseguy;im thinking of going ther at like 9pm on a saturday when everyone is drunk(central time) and have them come out and wave at everyone...im working on it..
ReplyDeletemy friend in ana cortes has been watching it and she said 'its frozen...no body moves..'...i said yes, it's frozen in the year 1959.
plus nothing happens...ha
raspootin:there is one over by the lone traffic light too...and that's really pissing folks off..hahah cracks me up...the only crime in west, is an occasional run off on gas, destroying mailboxes out in the country, and dui's...no drug busts cause everyones in on it and no one till rat each other out..
I try to wave whenever I pass one of these cameras. Make sure everybody sees me.

ok..when's a good time for me to arrange a wave?...i figure about 9pm on saturday..central time..everyone at wolfs and mynars should be drunk enough by then to allow me to talk them into going outside and giving the finger to my friends..and then maybe not..ha..but i'll see what I can arrange..if nothing else?..I'll be there..see where the telephone pole is in that one picture?..I'll be there saturday night at 9pm..central time..

That freeze frame business is a tad spooky. I discovered that every time I hit Refresh the view changes -- cars will be in one and not the next. It's like the web cam is updating every 10 seconds or so.
ReplyDeleteyeh it updates about every 3-4 seocnds..babs and i were watching it last night after the bars closed and i dont think there was any traffic for more than an hour..we finally got bored...im telling you at 3-4 am.?? no one is on the streets except the cops..and they are usually at czech stop drinking coffee and eating kolaches..
