I cleaned Babs apartment for her and all the dust kicked up my allergies..I feel like hammered shit. I took some of the Zyrtec or what ever it's called and it kicks my ass...went to sleep last night at 10:30 and slept till 9:30 this morning..and all I've done today is sleep and cough...have a West, Texas post to do..but feel so crappy..it's going to have to wait. See you when I'm better..

Hot tea with lemon and honey. If you can't stomach anything hot because of how fucking hot Texas is right now, make it cold. But steep that fucker when it's HOT and mixmixmix the honey in so it dissolves and doesn't sit at the bottom.

That shit is whoa expensive, but I buy it anyway because it's the only allergy pill that touches the ITCHES I get when I have an allergy attack. The other night I took two Benedryl and one Zyrtec. I was quite a show-stopper when they hit my system 20 minutes later. You would have thought I'd shot an 8 ball into my left arm.

ReplyDeleteWear a mask when cleaning. When I was stationed in Victorville one guy had to take shots every week. Turns out he was alergict to mesquete and that was mostly what grew in the High Desert.

Aw, to hell with all that high-end, street-pharmacist shit. I ain't never had NO cold a few shots from a bottle of Maker's Mark or Captain Morgan didn't help to ease, but in the case of allergy, I pop those itty-bitty bluish-white pills that are s'posed to disolve on your tongue (Swallow the fuckers with water, they taste horrible).
