    This information's a year old, and I couldn't find any updates about what is going on/has happened since.
    I hope that doesn't mean NOTHING'S been done!
    As I understand the law, Indian reservations have sovereignty rights, therefore the tribal council could vote to adopt the state law's protection against power shut-offs.

    I told them Jackie made me post this.
    I wonder if that big old hydroelectric Damn is on reservation property. Could make it interesting for the electric company who treats their customers so well.
