DEEP IN THE HEART OF TEXAS

I know that you are all aware of my love for my little home town of West, By Goddess, Texas...but it's not just West that I love..I love my entire state, and as far as I'm concerned there is nothing more beautiful than spring in Texas when the Blue Bonnets are blooming, nestled in with Indian Blankets. Hope you enjoy the pictures of my Texas.

  1. Oh WOW. I just love the picture of the old house in the middle of that field. Also the first one with the big tree. I'd like to find that place and live under that tree.

  2. The pictures are beautiful. Texas is quite a beautiful state in the Spring (and it's easy to see why the bluebonnet is the state flower).

  7. when people ask me why I live in texas when I disagree with the politics of most of the people in the state...well..this is why..its worth putting up with all the assholes for this every spring..
that narrow little road is a 'country road'...I think I'll fade the rain and go pick some more blue bonnets..
