When I was a little girl, my Grandma used to make something similar to this. It didn't involve coconut or walnuts in the base though. And I remember that condensed milk was used for the filling. Anyway, she simply called it "refrigerator cake." And my gawd, it was good!

Sounds wonderful, I wonder what our equivalent of graham wafers are? I pretty much know what graham crackers are.
