That looks like Lincoln two weeks ago. Not a dry basement in the town...(OK, slight exaggeration).
If some of your fair citizens were to have their way, you guys would secede from the union and wouldn't be forced to take any of those Federal Dollars to help clean up that mess. Hmmmmm...maybe they should wait before withdrawing.
I'm not picking on Texas, as Nebraska has some like-minded folks regarding secession, as well.
