oooooops......I forgot

 by the time  I got home from my monthly errands and put all groceries away, fed myself, boiled a dozen eggs for salad and cooked beef cheeks for 7 hours in oven it was 3a.m. and I just crashed. sorry...backwards again you sonofabitch..sigh*

    About the beef cheeks, yum! Lengua is also delicious. Have you ever thought about trying one of those instant pots. Basically just a pressure cooker with buttons. I use my little one for rice, or beans, or chicken pieces, or camotes, or whatever. It has turned out to be a good thing for an old fool like me. Also it is easy to clean.
    Not like these corrupt "republican" politicians who have left a stain that is going to be hard to clean.
