I'm home and I'm still psyched...it was great..I played Santa again and was so hot in that damn thing I thought I would croak..it's thick velvet and fur..plus the chin hair and the head hair and the cap that the ball on it kept falling in front of my face to the amusement of everyone..plus it would fall off..no kids this year..so santa said screw it I'm done..this was the best..It made such a difference that I had gone thru there and asked them what they wanted...so Hana got her watch, Urbanovsky got a lot of kidding to go with his wallet..I told him he was one tick from going from nice list to naughty and me taking the wallet back..at first he was pissed..he thought I was being a smart ass...well..duh! then when all his friends started laughing at him he figured better to join in ..the sweet lady that has scars on her arms and wanted a long sleeve white petite blouse to cover them..I found one..after looking everywhere..I found it at the thrift store..it still had the cleaning tag on it. and was in pristine condition and that was what mattered..she said she would remember me and be grateful to me for the rest of her days..she said but Im 83 so it may not be along time but I'll be thinking of you..made me laugh..Theresa got her Barbie Doll and a dress for it..Jackie got her make up and jewelry..and everyone had a blanket which they really really did love..got lots of thanks for that and always told them who made them and how fast and got great they were..and the new guys were so happy that they got something even thought they had only been there 3 days..Im not sure as I've been out of the game for a long time but think one of the old dudes was putting the moves on me..I didn't have Dawn to tell me to eat and just now eating my dinner..would have eaten earlier but I followed Kathy home and then we drove out to pick up Abby..who was miss goofy..she loves giving the raspberry..yes I taught her that...she and Olivia talk better at 2 and 21/2 then some kids that are 5..so smart..
sooo...to all the people that donated money and made stuff for the oldies..they all said thank you...they still don't get why you do it and why you think of them enough to do this .but they sure are glad you do..and I would like to thank each and everyone of you for loving my oldies..Goddess bless your sweethearts...
It does indeed sound like the best xmas party yet and YOU made it happen! Glad everyone had fun!
