HOUSE FOR SALE IN WEST
4-bd, 3 full baths, covered patio/carport..fire place..roof 3 years old,heat/ac, fenced in 4 acres, persimmon trees, peaches, figs, lots of trees..$240,000 let me know..on road to Tours ...
I guess, if you added up all my rent, I'd have enough, but then ... where would I have lived all this time. Uh-oh. It's a time warp. Still. I would like to have a peach tree VERY much.

Tempting, very tempting. Figs and persimmons.
I ate some of the figs this year..they were sooo juicy..
From the sounds of it, the same house would list for about $750,000 around here..
$240,000: that is near a quarter of a million dollars.... Out of my price range.
