A SKUNK EGG IS.....


Delicious...
Ok..for the seventy eleventh time..a skunk egg is minced chicken, minced onions, minced jalapenos, minced bacon,jack cheese and yellow cheese, with a ton of spices, wadded into a softball sized ball battered in a very spicy flour batter and deep fried...crunch spicy on the outside and creamy spicy in the inside..$4...good stuff Maynard..

Has anyone outside of West (and your blog) ever heard of them? Or is this a concoction known only there?

I'm not sure who came up with it..but it's only made in one place. and that's the Pizza House of West.

Sounds yummy to me!
Bars on the East Coast serve pickled eggs (actual eggs) but I've never seen pickled eggs in the west. They're very popular back East though.

oh almost all the bars around here have pickled eggs...and pigs feet and sausage.
