Yay, I thought that fucking sun would never come back. Happy winter, to my dear pagan friend.

I must be the only person on the planet that likes the shorter days. Increasing daylight means the inevitable move into mud season and then bug season before finally the days start to shorten into fall and winter.

My only complaint is: when the hell is my winter going to start. No snow in December? I need to bank my house before the zero degree months of January and February - or maybe that wont materialize. What the fuck???

The light will return as it has for millennia. That makes me happy. If ever I were to worship anything it would be the sun as it is always worth celebrating.
