I can't believe the list of dead exercisers left off the most famous one! James F. Fixx, author of "The Joy of Running," ignored his chest pains and dropped dead of a massive coronary on a jogging trail at age 52! Next month is the 39th anniversary of the event. And, no, he wasn't murdered elsewhere and dumped on the trail!!! I love it when your memes work together!!

I will never forget the day I saw that press conference of him tossing paper towels. I was already a normal person, I wanted to help, but when I saw that, I realized that we are in big trouble and it is going to get worse.
