thanks, guys. I went to dr and instead of making a 6-month appointment he laughed and said we'd better make it for 3. Cujo is such an asshole. we're just about ready to give up on my back. Cujo is going with his pain management guy in his group and see if he might have some better ideas..in the meantime I will just hang around the house and watch tv..

Chronic pain is one of those things that people simply do not understand until they have it themselves; they don't grasp that there's no "just get up and do it!" when "do it" invokes what either feels like every nerve in your back being set on fire or icepicks through your brainstem...
