Good one, JackieSue!! His sentencing on July 11 is just days before the Republican convention. Sounds like the last off-ramp to not nominate a sentenced felon...if these were people who aren't suffering from mass hypnosis!! 😐
I would have been happy for a guilty verdict on a few of the charges. I totally did not expect guilty for all charges, and certainly not unanimous jury on all. Wow. I'd love to know the evidence (besides the bits on the news) that lead to that.
The appeal is pretty much a given to be filed. And IMHO, the convictions will make no difference to the GOP convention. They're too far into kissing his ass and the short time to election to change lanes now. And we know that if the appeal goes against him, he'll appeal that, and on and on, until he gets a win or until he keels over during a tantrum.
I was so excited, toasted to his loss with a nice Martini. Such a horrible horrible human being; but still his cult is with him. Truly mind blowing. Trouble is Florida and Georgia cases probably aren't going to happen until after the election, damn supreme court and the repugnant party. And why do we have to wait until July for his sentencing? And why isn't he behind bars. His parole should be revoked. I want him locked up so bad, I dream about it; but doubt it will happen.

It's about time, but it hasn't changed him or his Base one iota.
Trump is also treasonous. Perhaps he should get the same treatment that the Rosenbergs got?
