a lot of people thought that I had made the town up ..sort of like a Texas version of Mayberry...I said there is no way I could make this shit up..a lot of people didn't connect the name till the explosion..I often think about how so many people knew about west before the explosion and that they already loved the town ...and lover her still.

All the years I've been following this blog, and all the times I've read "West by Goddess Texas", I never knew West was a town until the disaster.
