not sick ...just have horrible pain from my neck down my shoulder to my wrist. I'm actually taking pain pills, something I never do. For some reason I can sleep sitting up in my recliner but not laying in bed. need a mri but they don't have anyone to give sedation for mri's and I am so claustrophobic that I can't do it without..they want to knock me out to do it but I need 3 different mri's and don't think it's a good idea for a 78 year old lady to get knocked out for 3 mri's..so I need to start calling imaging in Dallas Fort Worth area that can give sedation..need a shot of whiskey and a bullet to bite on.
See if you can locate someone who has an open MRI that can take care of you! You will still need the shot of whiskey but only because I tastes good! I'm having an MRI on my left shoulder on the 13th but, thank goodness, I am not claustrophobic. Yeah, I'm 78, as well! I get some of my best sleep sitting in my recliner!!
Hey darlin, I know a place that gives MRIs with enough whiskey to knock you out. Really, they take you to a bar and you get sufficiently drunk and then they take you to the back room and they take your clothes and money and give you an MRI. At least that's what they told me happened the last time I went for mine.
Sorry you are poorly, Miz Jackie Sue. This has sure been a Monday. Just caught my pig trying to mount my duck! Poor duck. Now I'm sure there is some Repugnican going to run around with his hair on fire screaming about a librul plot to de-swine our pork with duck Jezebels. And NO the duck CANNOT have an abortion, for all that is holy! TMI?
I was able to help a lot of aches and pains watching physical therapist on YouTube. The guys I watched are Bob and Brad, but there are a lot of others.
