Debra I thought the exact same thing...but with all that's happening I couldn't really celebrate our country when it's as fucked up as it is.
Celebrate. Celebrate the sh*t out of this day, to remind everybody of the good there still is.It must be somewhere. It will come back. Stomp the earth, shout into the skies, talk to your neighbours and get it back!Happy 4 July to you all!
I'm sure other countries have birthdays, we just don't shout about them so much.
Wrong. It does however have a known death day : January 6th.
