Thom, me, Dylan and Abby. Dylan plays flag football(he scored 2 touchdowns and blew it off like anyone could have done it and it was no big thing.) This is the first game I've gotten to see and when I yelled over the fence and let him know I was there the grin on his face lit up the Texas skies. When the game was over and he was in the stands he run right past his grandpa and nana(almost ran her over) to get to me and threw his self into my arms. After all the hugs and kisses his first sentence was did you get the puzzles for me so we can do the puzzles together?...He's up to puzzles with over 1000 pieces...he's so smart. I love that he has my crooked lopsided grin...Which we both inherited from my mother...It was also Abby's 11th birthday. So I gave her her birthday gifts. They were so glad to see me. really made me feel good. And first time they had seen me with my walker and i was afraid they were going to be freaked out by it but they were fine with it .I also noticed in this picture that my boobs seem to just move around in my new bra. those sports bras for big titties are not a good idea.

Dylan will be FIVE? It seems like yesterday he was a baby! And Abby and Olivia are tweens now -- on the verge of teenagerhood! And the big EIGHT-OH for you coming up, Jackiesue -- YOWZA!
I love the way your grandkids love you and Dylan doing 1000 piece puzzles? Wow. That's amazing at his age. My brother does the 2000-3000 ones, but he's 69.
I have my boobies contained in a sports bra too and with the straps adjusted they stay where they are put.
Don't rush into spine surgery. Get a second opinion. And a third. Maybe a 4th. I know anecdotes are not data, but I swear everyone I know who's had back surgery wound up in worse shape and more pain after the surgery than before. Ask if the pain can be managed with steroid injections. Epidurals aren't risk-free, but they're less risky than having a procedure that would involve a general anesthetic.
I see you got spammed, too. I had an identical comment with a link in what looks like Sanskrit this morning. "Emily" is a busy girl.
Nan, I've had 4 back surgeries. So there is no way that I will jump into another one. I'm working my way into just dealing with what I have and can handle now..I'll have more information when I see my pain management dr and dr cujo..trust me..I'm not jumping back into that circle of pain.
thank you everyone about my ggs..Once I showed Dylan how to do the outside edges and then do the center he was off..when we did identical puzzles and he finished before me the look he gave me...cross between 'ha' and poor gg, she's so old..hahah
Hold off on the back surgery. I'm with Nan on this. My son has had 4 including an implanted tens unit and he still is in pain. Quack in Waco told him to go back to work and claim disability.

He is almost as proud in those pictures as his Grandma.
Thinking about you and sending healing thoughts for your back troubles
I'm pretty sure I'm not having back surgery. I'm a pussy
Oh, Jackiesue, what a wonderful family you have! Great pics! Beautiful blues. Can’t believe how grown the “little ones” are! Glad it’s flag football. I was late to a soccer game once and when I arrived my granddaughters…and team stopped and all waved and cheered. Yikes! But heart warming. All we have to do is love ‘em and be there for them. Unconditional love given… and received.
Love the pictures and posts of your family. Texas proud all the way around
