They should ask people who go

If House approves it, 19 will be the new standard. A legal age of 18 means that those teenagers can buy cigarettes for other high-school students. The bill would shut off that source of cigarettes for younger high school students.

islation that would loosen restrictions on horse slaughtering in Texas.
"It ain't the cowboy way," he said.
Horse meat is not marketed as table fare in the Unite
d States, but two slaughter plants in Texas processed hundreds of horses each week until a federal court ruled against them this year.The plants, both foreign-owned are no longer operating.
Horse meat is considered a delicacy in Europe, Japan and other places.
"It ain't helping America, and it ain't helping Texas," Mr. Friedman said.
Nancy Perry, a spokeswoman for the Humane Society of the United States, said the horses now are sent to Mexico and Canada for slaughter...
I read a great article when I was in Sykora Ford getting tags for the truck..about how in the really poor states it is a huge problem..So many people are out of jobs, and they are having problem feeding their families and can't get rid of their horses...they used to be able to sell to dealers who would take them to Texas for slaughter, but now they can't and the horses are starving to death..
I am not for slaughter, but some sort of arrangement has to be made to help people out with their horses..Sort of a catch 22...Maybe Kinky should run a rescue ranch for horses along with his rescue ranch for dogs...
