Some tunes I grew up with...and to me are classics...The Annie records were considered very nasty...and we would dance the 'dirty bop' to it...and I could 'dirty bop' with the best of them..40+ years ago...sigh*

Lordy those bring back memories - dirty bogeying until you were caught doing it by the teacher-chaperons. I know you thought I was a classical geek but classical to me includes rock-a-billy and songs like these. Damn lady you and I should get together and show them how dirty dancing is really done!
Music from my past, I was a big Elvis fan back then. But I did lose my part in the my Senior class play when I skipped practice to go see
Bill Haley at the Mankato Mn ballroom.
Never regretted it either..
