What a great classic of moody bluesy atmosphere!

The only better would be an even longer version!

The guy in the middle looks like Edd Cookie Byrns (Burns?) from 77 Sunset Strip.

I was a drummer in an R&B Band way back when, and we often played this piece. Brings back memories.

Never heard it before Jackie but it has an interesting melody.

I'll tell you what's funny...Nancy the librarian is the only person I know besides me that is insane about this song. Somehow at the library we were talking about music of our generation and I said this was my favorite song..and she went nuts..it was her favorite song too..who woulda thunk it..so I sent her the short version...and she sent me back an email that said 'fuck, I love that song.'...she was equally crazy over the long version I sent her. i love the song and love Nancy too.
