Inky refuses to look directly into the camera. We had such a great dinner..he smoked 5 whole chickens and made bbq sauce. Anissa made great dressing and very even greater broccoli/rice/cheese.casserole..so creamy and good. Then she made the angel food cake with whipped cream, strawberry's and condensed milk with lemon juice..is just terrific. It was the icing on a wonderful day of great moments..I love those 2..they treat me better than my kids, which isn't hard to do as they don't speak at all. Don't know what I'd do with out them..Hope everyone has as great a day as I did...love you all.

Sounds like a damn good meal! Those birds are a riot!
What a perfect day, nothing better than a feast shared between loving friends, is there? Sounds as though those birds are full of personality, what fun they must be to live with!

I always say "Friends make the best family!" Glad you had a great day!
Are those pj pants she was wearing? Why wasn't I invited? Soon as I get home off come the jeans and on go the pj pants. Fugley is a great name for a bird.
So glad you have great friends. And I'm with you on the kids. ;)
3 cups instant rice. Prepare as directed on box. 2 heads of brocolli steamed. I use the microwave steam bags. Mix rice, brocolli n a small box of velveeta cheese (cubed), 1 can cream of chicken soup together in cassarole dish. Top with shredded or sliced velveeta cheese and bake at 350 for 15min or until cheese is melted. Enjoy!
the cages are bigger than they look..plus when no guest are there..they spend a lot of time out..Willie is my little buddy..how can you not love a little dude that can mimic your laugh..
You make me laugh so hard my sides hurt! I had a parrot, he died last month I miss him alot, though he talked too much and sang ole mc donald and he wouldn't let anyone but me hold him. I was working in my flower beds about ten years ago and he landed on my head. So I kept him, he told me his name was Billy. I'm glad you had a nice thanksgiving being with friends is the best no drama!
