the sandwiches were cut into ghostly shapes and stuffed with ham/egg salad . I had so much help from Jamie and we had a volunteer that helped and then Alice and Charles helped too. was so much fun. Wish we had thought to take pictures of their faces after they ate the ghost cake balls. the food coloring was a purple black and they had it all over their face..Joe looked like he'd been rooting in the dirt. So funny..I was going to wear a costume, but decided since it was a trick or treat holiday I'd wear one of my favorite shirts with one of my favorite treats..'got sausage?'..
the 4th lady down with the blue shirt is my sweet Bonnie, she had on a great tshirt..Moonpie and a RC Cola.

this coming Thursday Jamie and I are doing Thanksgiving Pies for Jackie's Kitchen. We're making 2 pumpkin pies, 2 pumpkin cheesecakes, a Banana Cream, Chocolate Cream, Coconut Cream, Lemon Meringue, Pecan Pie, Apple, Cherry and Sweet Potato Pie. Holy crap..saying it is one thing..actually seeing in print what we're going to do is daunting..I may make one each of the pumpkins..sigh*..Plus the next week they're having a fund raiser and I have to make some pies for it too..If any of these freeze may save them for later..ha...wish you had been there..we had lots of fun...and wish you could be here for the pies..I'd put you to work...

Jackie, update the " Donate " to Old Fart Good Times Fund, to "help" offset what comes out of your pocket. :0)

I don't know why, but this Halloween party reminds me of the ones we would organize for the kid when they were little, I hope no one has head lice...LOL!
