oooooops......I forgot
by the time I got home from my monthly errands and put all groceries away, fed myself, boiled a dozen eggs for salad and cooked beef cheeks for 7 hours in oven it was 3a.m. and I just crashed. sorry...backwards again you sonofabitch..sigh*

Oh yellowdog grannie! You say things that i agree with but are too awkward to say in public. Thank you. About the beef cheeks, yum! Lengua is also delicious. Have you ever thought about trying one of those instant pots. Basically just a pressure cooker with buttons. I use my little one for rice, or beans, or chicken pieces, or camotes, or whatever. It has turned out to be a good thing for an old fool like me. Also it is easy to clean. Not like these corrupt "republican" politicians who have left a stain that is going to be hard to clean.
