That's pretty amazing. You'd think someone(s) would have emptied the building over the past 50-odd years or things would have been destroyed by bugs/rodents.
We still do that. In Utah there are a few time warp places and they are good. Mostly the people just go by with their Google things and check off the places on their sightseeing list. I don't know how to feel about that. Our stories are mostly boring anyway.
