Hope you have a great sleep dear. I was up all night too. I just couldn't sleep. I was having such a bad time, couldn't get comfortable at all. So I surfed the late night web. P.S. I'm stealing this. It's too good to pass up.
for about a week I was getting 7-8 hours of sleep a night..I think my body said oh kay...we're all full up ..and no sleep..
