I loved this outfit, and wore it damn near every day until I out grew it..which was a good thing as I had discovered Randolph Scott and switched my love to him.

Yay! I'm oddly thrilled that we share an insane fear of heights! Mine is getting worse as I get older. Gotta drive on the inside lane of bridges now, so I can't see the drop.

I would love to see you flying around West. Everyone would be shocked and then they'd say, well, that's YDG, you know her. She'll do anything.

And here's something I wonder to myself. If you could fly would you still have fear of heights?

Yes, the Tabu set off question marks over my head too. I hope you will elaborate.

Randolph Scott. I loved him with an undying passion until Sunset carson came along.

Well... there may still be a chance of you becoming Jerry Lewis (I assume you mean back before his MDA-athons).

Hmm...imagine Jerry Lewis working at the Family Dollar in West, Texas... How cool would that be!

p.s., I love that photo of you - you were oh-so-cute but the dude holding the camera got more "the side of your house" than you...

elizabeth:for some reason in my dreams when i fly im not afraid of hights, so im assuming if i did know how to fly i wouldn't be afraid to go really high..although maybe i'd just fly all over town about 5 feet off the ground..
sage:I have bottles of it all over the house.
billy:when I was a kid i thought jerry lewis was the funniest person in the world..and i wanted to be just like him and make everyone laugh, plus i'd get to hang out with dean martin.
jan:when i change sheets and take shower I tabu myself and the bed..spray all 4 of my pillows, the edge of the top sheet, the bottom sheet and over the bed..and if i go to bed and can't smell it? i spray some more.
i still love randolph scott. around 1976 I wrote him this long love letter, told him id been in love with him since i was about 4-5 years old, and knew he was happily married, but just it case it didn't work out, wanted him to know i'd be waiting for him..i got an autographed picture of him and his horse..to jackie, love randy scott. my most prized possession.
intenseguy: i think that was my mother..neither she or my daddy could take a picture. but look at that grin...thats a happy kid.
rosemary:sigh...and he was so handsome all in black riding that white horse..i bet he smelled like tabu.

Love the cowgirl outfit! I was the sharpest shooter in the West when was but a wee kid. [US films and cowboy TV progs being a big influence back when] I had to give up my hat when I was sick in it and my Mum refused to wash it!
My stead was an upturned chair and I had a toy dog, which to this day still has a red ink spot in his hear where he got a bullet wound. [My daughter now has him, 'Prince', for safe keeping.

that is a really cute picture; and how wonderful to be living the one place that even given a choice you want to be living.

I'm with you - I dream about flying - literally and the heights don't bother me then. But even watching someone, say on TV or movie looking down - instant nausea.

This is my first visit. I'll be back!

Yep, that's a happy kid - but its also a happy way cute kid too!

Its nice that computer technology has come far enough that one can save the older pictures - spruce 'em up even and even get new prints. You never want to lose that original though.

oetm:im thrilled your daughter still has your toy..how great is that.
raspootin:you know i truly believe if i took a census of 100+ people in town..they would all say they would live here.
themom:i've had to switch channels when they did air shots from airplanes..makes me dizzy and light headed and have the urge to arf up..
