I go tomorrow to have my annual MRI for my fuckyou tumor..so won't have a post for Thursday, hope to be able to have one for Friday..but next Month..8th and 15th I'm having back to back cataract surgeries..so I'm not sure how long I will be out of commision ..everyone tells me a different story..so be prepared for a shortage of ydg next month.

It takes a while to recover from cataract surgery, so don't rush it. Follow doctor's orders. We'll be here for you. The surgery changed my life for the better. I hadn't realized how much my vision was impaired. I can read, watch TV and thread a needle without eye strain. Don't know why I waited as long as I did. Hope your outcome is as good as mine.
Wait. That last one. Are you telling me that's not an OK way to get out of discussing other people's grandchildren? Oh.

Wishing you an excellent MRI report!!!!! Hopefully your cataract surgeries will be very smooth as well!!!! When my departed mother had them done about 20 years ago.... she had a very swift recovery (~2 days later... no discomfort) and was SO very delighted at how bright things were immediately. She loved having had the cataract surgeries and the great vision back.

thank you both pipe and Jerri..it was a long day..topped off by a/c on the blink..brought me a window unit which blows artic winds..so that's nice..I felt so bad today..I gave the goddess something shiny for me...later gaters.
