CRACKING DOWN ON BUTT CRACK
Effective Sept.15,anyone in Mansfield, La., caught wearing sagging pants that expose his or her underwear will be subject to a fine of up to $150, plus court cost, or face up to 15 days in jail... 'nuff said...

I don't know...tasteless though it is, imposing a fine is a little harsh. However, I do get sick of seeing butt crack myself, whether it be big ole hairy trucker crack or teenybopper girly crack with the thong jammed in there. Pull your damn pants up, folks!
