JACKIESUE THE TEENAGE YEARS

In the little check suit I am 14, the other
2 I am 15..The one with my Daddy I am trying to keep from laughing as a cute GI was taking our picture and he thought I was Daddy's wife..Daddy got custody of me when I was 14 and when we moved into base housing together as Daddy and daughter everyone thought the old Master Sargent had got him self some young bride..Daddy was furious and I was embarrassed but thought it was extremely funny..

This one is of me at 15 also..The picture is clipped because when Maryjo was about 3 she discovered scissors..I got married to asshole#1 the summer of my 16th year..oh jeez, if I knew then what I know now...sigh* well, fuck me I'll never marry again...

Marrying at 16...I should smack ya now just for the hell of it. Sheesh, sister!

LOVE the one of you and your dad. The bikini is rocking, and I'm sure the cute GI was wondering how long he could stare at you before your dad cold-cocked him!

That Norse mythology sounds a lot like the Jerry Springer show. If you are Freyja then I'm sure I must be like Frigg, because I am always saying friggin this and friggin that.

The top picture reminds me of Doris Day. You were really the demure little thing, at least on the surface.

Lovely pictures. Marrying at 16--wow. I was with my ex husband at 18, and looking back on it, I sure as hell wasn't ready!
My regular bullshit blog (as opposed to my esoteric bullshit blog) is here.

Gee, the first time you got married I was 4 years old. That last one reminds me of Patty Duke. I don't know why. Maybe the hair.
It's 6 degrees here at 6 AM and I have to put the trash cans in front of the house.
At least I don't have to ride around on the truck.
Heat wave coming today. It's going to get all the way up to 28 degrees.

I love that checked suit! The styles were so awesome back then compared to now!

My dad was once mistaken as my boyfriend before because gee, it would NEVER cross anyone's mind, he might be MY DAD since he's a tall, blond blue-eyed Norwegian so he MUST be my boyfriend! My dad was helping me move and we were riding in the elevator and this Asian punk says to me, "Geez, you like your men old" and I'm like "What?! NO, you IDIOT, that's my DAD!" and he's all, "Huh? HOW?" and I'm like, "I'm adopted you fool!" and his girlfriend gives him a dirty look and says, "See, I told you!"

Photographic proof that you've always been fabulous, Jackie Sue. When I first saw these, I was immediately reminded of the classic pin-up girls.

The first time I got married I was 17. Turned out he was gay and we got an annulment, so I guess it really doesn't count as a first marriage. People say how could you not know he was gay? Jesus Christ I was 17 and a really good Catholic girl so I was a virgin, was still a virgin after two weeks of marriage and when I talked to my mom about it she found out he was gay...I really miss my mom, she was so smart!

Damn girl - I thought I got married young. I thought I knew everything too. I had no inkling that I was still a child.

I really like the 2nd picture. Very nice.
